All the Dollhouses

Welcome! We're so glad you came over to play!
This page features all the dollhouses my friend Grace and I acquired at an epic estate sale in March, 2025! At first count, the estate sale company listed 47 dollhouses, but we have now determined that Ms. J's collection contained over 60 dollhouses, dioramas, and room boxes!
In addition to the dollhouses themselves, Ms. J accumulated a staggering collection of miniatures over the course of nearly 70 years. As she painstakingly packed up her lifelong collection for a long-distance move around 2018, Ms. J filled over 120 plastic tubs with thousands and thousands of tiny items, meticulously wrapping, bagging, and labeling every single spoon and chair with descriptive notes about its appearance, history, intended placement, and other detailed information. (Whew! I cannot imagine how many hours she spent on packing everything!) Then she marked each packed tub with the name of a specific dollhouse, effectively indicating her vision for the entire collection.
Unfortunately for us, she did NOT label the dollhouses themselves, so our first task was to figure out what Ms. J named each of her houses. We came to call this amusing and thoroughly satisfying process sleuthing.
Now, the sleuthing phase is wrapping up! We have made our best guesses about the identity of each dollhouse and we are finally ready to share them with the world!
